We offer a broad range of Cross-cultural Business Coaching for individual managers and executives:

- Cross-Cultural leadership coaching: Do you have cross-cultural challenges in your team? Are cross-cultural issues impacting on decision-making or cramping your leadership style? We look at the different levels of culture involved and work to improve your ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.

To be effective when working with international partners, we believe it is important to take the various interconnected levels of culture into account.
 
We work with clients to 'remap' their leadership approach in order to develop a broader international mindset.

This coaching process involves investigating the client's individual issues, team issues, universal cultural issues (such as power and trust) as well as possible culture-specific issues (for instance communication styles).

- Expatriation preparation: You have the opportunity to go and work in a different country for a few years as an expatriate. We can work with you and your family to help prepare you for the challenge of living and working in a different country and the necessary steps to make the expatriation experience a success.

- Post-Expatriation reintegration: People often talk about 'culture shock' but ignore 'reintegration shock', the shock of coming back home after living abroad.  Studies show that this can often be more dramatic than moving abroad for the first time. We offer reintegration coaching to help you find your feet again and focus on being back in the home country - and maximise the use of what you have learned in your time abroad.


Individual Leadership Coaching

- Leadership transition coaching: Are you about to take over a new team, maybe for the first time? Are you taking on a greater degree of responsibility which means more work and less life balance? We can work with you to ensure that the all-important first 100 days go smoothly and get you successfully launched in your new role.

- Talent and High Potential coaching: Have you been identified as a high-potential 'talent' candidate in your organisation? We can coach you to further develop and perfect your potential leadership skills and competences so that you can achieve the fast career moves you want.

- Career transition coaching: Are you thinking about a career change? Are you feeling boxed-in in your current job? Have you lost touch with what you wanted to achieve? We can coach you to find your personal vision and focus, so that you can make a decision about your career.


International Team Coaching:

- Team development and team process coaching: Is the team new and really still more of a group of individuals than a cohesive, interdependent team?

- International project working: What 'soft skill' aspects should be taken into account when leading and managing an international project?

- Post-merger team integration coaching: How do you successfully integrate a team which has (had) a different corporate culture? What leadership and management issues might there be? How can the process be planned so that the integration is as smooth as possible?

- Effectively leading a virtual team: Using various virtual team tools and techniques, we can coach your team to manage the issues of physical distance and time more effectively.

- Leading the European/Asian team: If your team has mixed European/Asian members, we can work with you to minimise cultural distractions and maximise team performance.
